1-Support in the follow up process for agreements, location setup and collection. 2-Communicate regularly with different universities, institutes, companies or instructors providing the service. 3-Achieving sales targets thru daily customers’ visits and its follow up. 4-Coordinate with marketing department to support different entities in marketing and promotion of services to clients at large. 5-Asses the quality of service provided by educational entities such as surveys. 6-Ensure timely, accountable and cost-effective delivery of service. 7-Report regularly to senior management with all the related updates and feedbacks 8-Manage & monitor logistics of institute premises 9-Insure that the Institute premises s well preserved and insure its continuous maintenance. 10-Report contract breaching or problems to take adjustment actions. 11-Develop logistical plans and timelines for new or existing operations and its contingency plans. 12-Guide and supervise work of new/junior officers or staff and ensure that they are adequately trained and cross-trained.
Qualifications experience in a service-based organization
