• Installation, configuration and upgrading of Oracle server software and related products. • Evaluate Oracle features and Oracle related products. • Take care of the Database design and implementation. • Perform database tuning and performance monitoring. • Establish and maintain sound backup and recovery policies and procedures. • A good knowledge of Oracle security management. • Patch Management and Version Control. • Maintain Oracle E-business database. • Maintain Oracle web logic. • Administration of the Oracle E-Business Suite environment and WebLogic, including the normal DBA and ADBA functions for such an environment.
Qualifications - Certified as an Oracle DBA is a must. - Experience in WebLogic and Oracle E-Business administration. - Preferably a BSc. in computer science or related engineering field.
