Procurement Specialist (Apparel & Fashion) • receiving the requests from the responsible dept. and make pricing and developing for the new items with different suppliers - sourcing suppliers regularly • make pre-production samples and get approvals from the responsible dept. on the samples & prices • receiving procurement request PR from planning dept. • issue and place official PO to suppliers and finalize all deals with last negotiations for all needed terms • receiving requests for any nonproduction items from any dept. at concrete • make pricing and developing for the all items with different suppliers - sourcing suppliers regularly • receiving PR from requester dept. • issue and place official procurement order to suppliers and finalize all deals with last negotiations for all needed terms • follow up with CONCRETE quality control team & warehouse till the allocation of the goods on the system and manage any claims with the suppliers • arrange and manage all the payments for all suppliers with financial dept. based on approved POs and manage to get claims for any delay or defected goods ...etc
Qualifications 1-3 Years Of Experience in procurement in Fashion Industry IS A MUST. Excellent Communication skills
