1) Provide end user support for Egypt offices 2) Configuration and deployment of Desktop, Notebook Printers, hardware Peripherals etc.. 3) Basic Server administration on Microsoft Windows’s server 2008 4) Maintain Network,IP lANs, WANs and wireless 5) Provide support for IP telephones 6) Perform routine prevent and maintenance of hardware 7) Update system information and Installation of software 8) Lia1se with vendors.ISPs, Telecom Operators 9) Assist in Maintaining- in house software 10) Liaise with clients and software development team and communicate the requirements 11) Assist in other Adhoc duties as and when required
Qualifications - Bachelor degree of Computer science. - Fluent in English is a MUST - Experience from 2 to 4 years as an IT specialist - Age from 21 to 30 - MCSE and CCNA Certification preferred - experience in desktop support not less than 3 years.
