• Reaching and achieving set planned targets. • Leading, directing, motivating and evaluating the sales team • Daily following up on replenishment and display. (Making sure that the shops are in full stock all the time by correct planning of replenishment per SKU. • Informing with the needed stock which will be depleted soon. • Keen on using the Plano gram method in accordance with the Marketing Department. • Executing the Promotional plan of each product with coordination with the Marketing Department. • Ensure pricing is correct compared to SRP by IDF. • Ensure merchandise is clean. • Organize sales staff schedules. • Making comparison between main stores to replenishment shops in outside branches one time per week and send to sales manager. • Monitoring competition in terms of offering new brands, their pricing, sales rates and promotional activities. • Sending a bi- weekly detailed and comprehensive sales and stock report as well as Monthly sales report per shop, And send your comments and recommendation after analyzing sales data. • Make sure sales reps are aware of responsibility of their job and how to perform them correctly. • Overcoming client’s objections and problems. • Setting annual forecast for your shop and individual sales reps to achieve the company’s` goals.
Qualifications • Bachelors degree • Experience in Tobacco /FMCG is a plus. • Management and leadership skills • Excellent command of English language. • Articulation. • Flexible working hours. • Excellent interpersonal skills. • Good planning & organizational skills. • Excellent computer skills.
