Description -Drive the group of companies financial planning.
-Perform risk management by analyzing the organizations liabilities and investments.
-Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risk.
-Control and evaluate the organizations fundraising plans and capital structure.
-Ensure cash flow is appropriate for organizations operations.
-Supervise all Finance Personnel (Controllers, treasurers, etc�).
-Capable of submitting yearly budgets with long-term and short-term business plan.
- Capable of analyzing expenses, commercial contracts, revenue margins and bank financing.
Qualifications - Solid Work experience from 5 to 10 years of experiences as CFO in a reputable company (preferably in the construction sector). -Proficient in the use of MS office and financial management, Preferable have "CMA" or "MBA" software (ERP systems). -Fluency in spoken and written English & Arabic Languages.
