Description Provide top management with information needed to assist decision making according to the recorded history for each car from 0 km up to date. Reach the best deals with authorized service dealers and insurance companies. Minimizing coast related to maintenance and traffic penalties. Obtaining the best condition of cars to be able to increase resell value. Follow up, Monitor cost for all cars and provide report to top management on ways to reduce cost by providing solutions. Performing monthly and annual cost of vehicles. Assigning fleet computerized system to keep on line with all cars requirements and milestones. Handling maintenance schedule for each brand according to the service book. Connecting with authorized dealers to reach the maximum needed service in the shortest time including 24 hours fast request. Handling all license renewals on time according to the fleet system. Assigning a filing system for each car to make a history and quick reference needed in decision making. Controlling fuel consumption for each car and compare it with mileage according to the system instructions. Follow up vehicles under repair and help in accelerating availability
Qualifications Computer Skills:win-word, Excel, PowerPoint& Outlook. Personal Skills:Time management, Ability to meet deadlines, Work under pressure, Excellent communications,Self-motivated and professional business attitude, Can work independently or as part of a team
Gender Male
Experience 6 - 9 Years.
Other Skills Faculty of Engineering degree is a plus. Minimum 10 years experience on both field of Engineering and fleet management of more than one hundred owned cars with minimum 3 years in a managerial position. High communication skills. Perfect Computer skills
