Description Develop region sales and marketing strategies and action plans & following up on implementation. Support and monitor the operation by visible involvement and open internal communication with the management team. Meeting marketing and sales financial objectives by preparing annual budget; scheduling expenditures & periodical reports. Recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, monitoring competition, monitoring supply and demand & initiating corrective actions if needed. Developing strategies, plans related to the colors PB stones product line. Aligning with the CRM Dept. and Marcom Dept. to sustain customer satisfaction through monitoring daily call out campaigns, managing VIP events, complains handling & regular visits to important customers. Coach and develop Managers, team leaders and key professionals. Analyze the market information for India market and act upon it to match the regional resources. Coordinating with the rest of the team to put proper control on the distribution network in each market. Aligning with the Agency management Dept. to assure that all the agreed policies and agreements are being applied successfully. Coordinating with the Marcom Manager to design and conduct the in markets campaign to achieve the stock clearance objectives. Coordinating with Marketing research Dept. to get the updated market insights and information and take the corrective actions -when it needed- in the strategies and plans.
Qualifications • MBA Holders are most welcomed. • Sales and Marketing International Experience is a must.
