Description Organise and supervise the activities and work of a small team of subordinates to ensure that all work within a specific area of Financial Planning activity is carried out in an efficient and procedurally compliant manner Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions to subordinates and monitor their adherence so that work is carried out in a controlled manner Supervises the day-to-day operations of Financial Planning to ensure that work processes are implemented as designed and comply with established policies, processes and procedures Review costs and perform cost benefit analysis related to projects and/or programs using the business objects and statistical software in order to provide valuable data for decision making Perform statistical, cost, and financial analysis of data reported in the Oracle system in order to provide the various departments with the actual vs. budget information. Uses various software applications, such as spread sheets, relational databases, statistical packages, and graphics packages in order to assemble, manipulate and/or format data and/or reports. Complete & carry out effective communication and provide ad-hoc reporting when requested in order to support the top management to make a decision.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance Professional certificate “CMA ,CFA“ are preferable 6-8 years relevant experience Minimum 3 years in similar (FMCG). Reasonable knowledge of budgetary management and accounting principles, and procedures. Knowledge of internal control systems and concepts PC proficiency in word processing, spread sheets & presentations.
