Description Maintain long-term working relationships between the company and contractors. — Monitor contracts during the contract period. — Draft contracts with companys clients. — Responsible for contracts renewals. — Analyze price proposals for all contacts submitted from clients. — Assist in Managing and resolving contractual business conflicts between the company and the clients (If Any). — Assist in Preparing, discussing, and negotiating all contractors claims with contractors till reaching final settlement. — Keep up to date with market trends and new developments utilizing information for business improvement. — Research vendors / suppliers capabilities; identify a pool of candidates vendors / supplies.
Qualifications - BSc. of LAW - Experience in relevant field

Experience 1 - 2 Years.
Other Skills Very Good Computer Skills is a MUST
