Description Responsible for achieving the targeted revenue of the station Directs and supervises personnel working at the station, controls assignment of personnel to shifts and rotation of shifts. Controls daily and weekly working hours, time sheets, approves leave requests. Audits sales, reconciling cash register receipts, cash, charge slips, gas meter readings. Manages the good housekeeping of the station to ensure cleanliness, neatness, attractive appearance and in general an excellent image of the service to the public at any time. Requests unscheduled interventions from maintenance if necessary. Receives and approves shift reports from shift supervisors and issues reports to the O&M Area Manager. Issues weekly refueling station Management Report. Promotes gas sales and participates in the implementation of marketing campaigns led by marketing & sales Dept. Receives customer complaints for solving or transferring to the concerned department. Ensures the implementation of Health, Safety and Environmental requirements in the operation of the station, in collaboration with HSE staff. Implements emergency procedure and calls contact list in the case of emergency.
Qualifications - Very good Communicator - Preferable to have marketing or sales background (if Fresh graduate through courses or major studies) - very good computer skills(specially excel for report initiation)

Other Skills - Fresh graduate or experience to maximum 3 years but in the marketing/customer service or sales field.
