Description     Handle Payroll system ensure the accurate information reflects on payroll database, verify and provide inputs regarding data and pay changes. — Apply monthly misconduct deductions and reimbursement to be reflected on payroll — Review and calculate monthly short/overtime, absence and any other pay variables. Gathering and classifying training needs from performance appraisal. Set and follow up the implementation of the training plan
