Description Handle Payroll system ensure the accurate information reflects on payroll database, verify and provide inputs regarding data and pay changes. Apply monthly misconduct deductions and reimbursement to be reflected on payroll Review and calculate monthly short/overtime, absence and any other pay variables. Gathering and classifying training needs from performance appraisal. Set and follow up the implementation of the training plan
Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in related field Bachelor degree + certificate in HR field.

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic & English • Able to work under pressure. • High level of accuracy & attention to details. - Strong PC / Excel , Visio Microsoft Office and HR system knowledge (ERP Knowledge is a plus). •Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
