Description 1.Coordinate for Supplier selection, and working closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of all items. 2.Coordinate with external Supplier to get our requirement- and send (custom regulation- etc.) 3.Manage relation with key suppliers. 4.Manage invoices to avoid delay costs including shipping. 5.Maintain purchasing database integrity / credibility to support departmental and company objectives. 6.Resolve the most complex problems involving suppliers payments, clearance extra charges, freight fees, and other service related problems. 7.Follow strictly the latest laws and regulations to avoid any impropriety. 8.Assume other duties as assigned by the purchasing team leader. 9.Participate on the preparation step at which the purchasing section generate and revise related documents such as : —Price comparison sheets, landed costs, trends, supplier payment positions, future (required) payment facilities, shipments / contracts position, vendor evaluation sheet / technical complaints.
Qualifications Bachelor Degree, Preferred in Logistics
