Description Responsible for creating and implementing training programs and overseeing the development of careers. Sets performance metrics, evaluates productivity, and helps workers create long-term career plans within an organization Identifies training needs in conjunction with line management and heads of department Creates training schedules and presents appropriate training interventions Works on special projects as requested. Designs and implements assessment programs to identify training needs Develops, monitors and updates overall development plans to bridge gaps between desired and present skills and competencies Support, coaching and mentoring is continuously provided to ensure that performance objectives are met. Ensure adequate succession plan to meet ongoing and anticipated business requirements Ensures an appropriate allocation of resources to meet operational demands Measures effectiveness of training provided an the application of learning in the workplace Management and sourcing of training material and courses via external providers and internal Develop and customize learning material in line with training needs and company strategies.
Qualifications • bachelor’s degree in a related field • Experience In Security Field • knowledge of adult instructional and learning theory and principles • knowledge of instructional design • knowledge of training methodologies • knowledge of learning management systems • knowledge of competency assessment • Certification such as ASTD , Adult Learn , Occupational Health and Safety , Management of Security Crises and Firefighting , train the trainer
