Description — Inspect / Test all raw material supplied to the site & make sure o f i t s c o m p l i a n c e t o t h e proj e c t s p e c i f i c a t i o n s & re q u i re m e n t s (I f — available or the general specifications & codes) & keep the approved samples in the lab. — Monitor the process of sampling & implement the required test a s per the plan . Supervising the Lab Technician during undergoing the tests as . ( Method statement per test Method Statement. . Prepare the test result report, evaluate result and retain a copy. In case of lab devices unavailability, Lab Engineer should supervise the process of sending samples to external labs, follow up reports, evaluate results in accordance to the projects s p e c i f i c a t i o n s a n d re t a i n c o p i e s . Follow up the execution of calibration plan for the Lab devices & k e e p s i t s re c o rd s . Following up the Road activities (Backfilling, Base Layers, MC c o a t , As p h a l t ) & i m p l e m e n t t h e n e e d e d t e s t s f o r e a c h p h a s e . Implement the complementary test on the Concrete, in case of n o t re a c h i n g t h e re q u i re d s t re n g t h o r u p o n re q u e s t . Coordinating between the Batch Plant and the constructions section regarding the Concrete grade & its quantities Supervise the curing for the Concrete. Follow up the Concrete after releasing the forms, prepare re p o rt , i t s re q u i re m e n t a n d m o n i t o r t h e n e e d s re q u i re m e n t . Follow up the backfilling or Replacement quality as backfilling type, lab test and ensure the compaction quality. Submitting the periodical reports to the Quality Manager. Work in accordance with the corporate issued instruction/ proce d u re f o r t e s t i n g .
Qualifications Education, Skills, Experience required: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering / Geology Minimum 2 years experience in the same field. Accuracy & Concentration Communication Skills Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously & meet agreed due date. Ability to work under pressure and tight schedule. English Language Skills
