Description Coordinate fabrication and installation activities to ensure operation and systems conform to engineering design and customer specifications. Coordinate operation, maintenance, and repair activities to obtain optimum utilization of machines and equipment. Check the Mechanical problems during operations and set all possible steps to prevent re-occurrence of such problems. Carry out periodic maintenance according to the preventive maintenance system guidelines. Identify all new spares & tools released through the main workshop to maintain different plant“s equipment. Monitor & control spare usages and quantities in the main warehouse & fast stations of the Company. Ensure the availability of all raw materials required to manufacture spare parts. Train staff to carry out mechanical repairs safely. Ensure correct completion of 5 why root cause analysis and job cards. Identify & eliminate root cause of all failures.
Qualifications • B.Sc. degree in Mechanical power Engineering. • 2 – 3 years of experience. • Experience in Mechanical maintenance of manufacturing / packaging-bottling lines
