Description Ensure proper handling of financial transactions and approves transactions in accordance with financial policies and procedures. Maintain system of accounts and keep records on accounts receivables, accounts payables, ERC current accounts and banks. Apply cost accounting methods and cost distributions to different departments, customers, developers according to master plan, calculations, contractual agreements and financial regulations. Responsible for all taxes obligations in conformance with local taxes legislation. Oversee cash flow and report cash requirements. Arrange inventory procedures; review and keep inventory records. Responsible for monitoring the Chart of Accounts. Implement monthly, quarterly and annual closing process for the assigned accounting records. Coordinate monthly closing process and reconciliation of general ledger accounts. Review, investigates, and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, financial statements, trial balance, documents, and reports. Report, analyze, and ensure integrity of all financial information. Perform verification and reconciliation tasks for invoices, receipts, purchase orders, disbursement orders for the purpose of ensuring compliance with established regulatory standards.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance or a relevant discipline Minimum Experience 2 – 4 years experience in the same position. Job – Specific Skills Knowledge of accounting practices and standards. Strong analytical and problem solving abilities. Time management and organizational skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to set priorities, manage own work and achieve results without constant supervision Ability to motivate and manage team members
