Description The IT Manager develops, propose and maintain Information Technology strategies and processes. Monitor industry trends to implement best of class service & technology. IT Manager helps business operations utilize information systems to improve efficiency; keeps computer equipment, hardware, and software updated to meet organizational needs. IT Manager is the subject matter expert in Information Technology Project Management - Manage, lead, prioritize, schedule, assign, track and oversee implementation of new and on-going projects. The IT Manager provides timely technical support for all computer systems, including installation and maintenance of computer operating systems software and database administration. Collaborate with analysts, designers, and system owners in the testing of new software programs and applications. IT Manager develops and manage Information Technology budget. Ensure that Information Technology staff is committed to achieving established objectives and strive towards continuous improvement. IT Manager develops, disseminate, and enforce functional policies, procedures, and quality assurance best practices.
Qualifications •5 years experiences •Excellent organizational skills • Strong leadership and decision making skills • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills • Understanding of complex information and requirements • Good prioritization skills and be flexible enough to adapt plans • Great IT skills combined with a good head for business • Ability to explain complex systems in simple terms • An ability to work to tight deadlines and within constraints
