Description We are looking for a freelance Senior OpenERP Functional Consultant capable of delivering an Accounting Module based on OpenERP solution. Primary Responsibilities: 1. Acts as subject matter expert to gather and analyze user business requirements and processes. Understands client requirements, needs, and functionality. Defines and documents business requirements and validates solutions with the client. 2. Analyzes & translates business requirements into functional design specifications, configuration changes or initial settings, module-relevant security settings and reporting options 3. Understands all relevant levels impacted by the ERP system including business processes and reporting requirements, user interface, ancillary technologies, configuration toolset and an understanding of tables, fields and the function of source code. Applies, modifies, and/or recommends change as appropriate. 4. Helps with the configuration of the software, with the go-live and deliver end-users OpenERP functional training sessions. 5. Documentation, orientation and training to end users for Accounting module functionality. 6. High-level user support (technical)
Qualifications 1. Relevant bachelor degree 2. 3-5 years of development experience 3. Expertise on Accounting domain of OpenERP is a must 4. Solid experience of Open ERP business solutions, business analysis & management analysis experience 5. Ability to understand requirements and translate them into suitable solution architecture 6. Experienced in object-oriented programming and in software architecture 7. Quick and autonomous learner, problem-solving personality, enthusiastic when faced with technical challenges 8. Good problem solving skills to identify, analyze and solve complex business application problems in an ERP environment 9. Good presentation skills to present to management and employees.
