Description Receives and inspects all incoming materials with purchase orders, processes and distributes documentation with purchase orders, reports, and documents. Handles and documents storage and transportation of hazardous materials. Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner. Check and receive purchased materials forwarded by the receiving department and to arrange for the storage in appropriate places. Reserve a particular material for a specific job when so required. Check the book balances, with the actual physical stock at frequent intervals by way of internal control over wrong issues. Enter and retrieve data from a computerized inventory control system. Answers questions regarding procedures and resolves discrepancies regarding receipts, deliveries, warranties, repairs and surplus property. Make sure that all spare parts and equipment are available for the continuity of operational and maintenance works at any given time.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Logistics. Computer skills, Sap is must, very good analytical logical and problem solving skills abilities. 3-5 Years experience in the same field.
