Description 1.Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for services and stores. 2.Develop and manage marketing operating budgets. 3.Implement advertising projects aiming at enhancing brand visibility and company image. 4.Plan and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print shops, social media, and direct mail. 5.Develop and recommend events that create awareness in the preschool market service seekers. 6.Ensure effective control of marketing results, and take corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives fall within designated budgets. 7.Oversees and evaluate market research and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions. 8.Keep abreast of market dynamics and trends; recommends improvement based on market research and competitor analysis; implementation of approved strategies and initiatives. 9.Establish and maintain relationships with services influences and key strategic partners (schools, clubs, corporate deals...etc) 10.Guide preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to General Manager. 11.Establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all branches and stores, promotional materials, and events. 12.Represent company at media, fairs, festivals...etc. 13.Meet with key clients, maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals. 14.Assist other departments within organization to prepare printed materials, parties, publications etc. 15.Plan and execute Sesame club magazine for internal use. 16.Demonstrate the ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues. 17.Perform any other tasks requested from the Manager.
Qualifications Developing effective marketing campaigns using promotional events and advertising campaigns together with analysis of market trends and keeping up to date with consumer needs and competitors’ positions.
