Description Day to day accounting duties including book keeping , suppliers payment , bank reconciliation —Proactively identify and resolve any issues or reconciling items on related to accounts —Prepares/Supports both inventory and other P&L account analysis monthly —Answers accounting and financial questions by researching and interpreting data —Prepares/Reviews assigned reporting as required to assigned activities relating to income statement accounts —Participate in cost reduction/improvement teams as requested —Identify and resolve potential accounting and control issues related to business and process changes —Assist in the development of tools, reporting, and metrics to maximize efficiencies —Work with management to understand trends in the business and potential impact/interpret results —Ad Hoc Analysis requests as needed
Qualifications •Strong verbal and written communication skills and Excellent in English •Strong understanding of internal controls required in the F&B & Retail •Strong organization skills •Ability to work independently and take initiative, set priorities and see projects through to completion •A minimum of 03:05 years’ experience performed in big restaurant / hotel •Bachelor degree in Business required; Accounting or Finance preferred •Computer skills in MS Office and Restaurants Accounting systems Comsis experience is an asset
