Description 1. Meet your personal sales goals 2. Ensure that location sales quotas are achieved 3. Recruit sales representatives 4. Qualifications 1. Excellent written, verbal and communication skills 2. Must be able to provide constructive feedback in a positive fashion 3. Strong organization skills with an aptitude in analytical decision making 4. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain good working relationships with colleagues
