Description —Follow shipping cycle for inbound and outbound goods —Assist Logistics Manager for all necessary documents for shipping and customs —Follow with production team goods delivery plan schedule —Update warehouse team with goods delivery exact dates and documents required —Analysis Logistics department cost and report to Logistics Manager on regular basis —Responsible for handling company couriers accounts —Coordinate with finance team for shipping freight suppliers and customs brokers accounts payables and invoices.
Qualifications •Bachelors degree in Commerce / Business Administration or related field •Previous experience in a similar field is a major plus •Proficiency in MS Office •Fluency in English •Preferable experience 1-2 years
