Description -Design Guide Manual for each brand a comprehensive detailed descriptions (graphics - raw materials - colors - Dimensions - ...) general and specific -Create new stores in accordance with the design of the Guide Manual. -Provide a preliminary budget for each new store with time action plan and Delivery. -Provide quotations for all engineering work required to construct new shops and participate in the committee deciding the choice of suppliers and contractors. -Finalize contracts with the supplier (companies / contractors) comprehensive work required for the delivery and payment methods Conditions. -Provide regular reports for each business delivery (milestones). Receipt of the shops from suppliers (companies / contractors) ,make snag list for shop delivery , and follow suppliers account closure. -Follow-up shops maintenance on a static plan in addition to any emergency work. -Work on planning and implementation of periodic maintenance for all shops air-conditioning
Qualifications -Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering -Minimum 10 years experience in same filed / same position– Retail sector -Experience in malls culture constructions is a must -Strong PC user including Photoshop – 3D drawings -Fluency in English -Ability to work allover Egypt cities
