Description —Responsible for troubleshooting system problems. —Security administration . —Database backup schedules. —Performing system upgrades. —Assisting with training needs. —Managing interfaces to and from other systems. —Providing staff and users with assistance solving computer-related problems. —Testing, maintaining, and monitoring computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems. —Interacting with Network Administrator and other IT contractors to resolve problems, evaluate solutions and implement appropriate IT system solutions. —Evaluating systems specifications. —Maintaining strong knowledge of the latest technology and development tools . —Being responsible for the maintenance of all computer hardware. —Ability to independently manage initiatives and project work with limited supervision.
Qualifications Effective communication skills, both written and oral. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), Strong problem solving skills; communicates in a clear manner. Clear understanding of PC based network .
