Description 1- open new market in all countries 2-Maintains customer profiles with all pertinent information regarding each account. 3-Analyzes orders to ensure proper identification of merchandise, prices and delivery ” proper logistics and temperature of equipment. 4-Consults with Buyers prior to placing orders to insure proper market penetration. Verifies customers form of payment (letter of credit, cash in advance, open account, etc). 5-Involved in decision making of ordering, processing, and shipping for all costumers. 6-Advise customers of promotions in items 7-Handle customers inquiries and complaints concerning their orders. 8-Investigates and interfaces with other departments as well as freight forwarders/shipping lines 9- Follow-up on shipping instructions and procedures. 10- Follow-up on payment methods.
Qualifications Bachelor degree 4 years relevant professional experience required in pharmaceutical filed.

Experience 3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills Must have Export background including container shipment coordination. Experience with freight forwarders/shipping lines including bookings of containers Bilingual English/Spanish required Must have experience with Metric conversions Must be able to meet specific deadlines Must be able to multi-task Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective business relationships at all levels of the company and in the business community Possess negotiation and conflict resolution skills PC applications literate
