Description Negotiate with international suppliers to reach the best offers possible in terms of price and service provided. Responsible for calculating the freight charges to determine if the purchase of products is economically feasible. Preparing the purchase orders ( local and international) Coordinating the delivery dates , prices , and type of payment with the suppliers. Handle all Shipment required documents (invoice ” Packing list ” all Regulations). Monitor shipments to ensure that goods come on time Responsible for tracking delayed shipments Planning with the Sales Department from the point of receiving the purchase orders to the point of delivering the orders. Handel and follow up on all foreign purchase orders requested by different departments Finding new suppliers to add to our suppliers list. Reporting the activities to the department head.
Qualifications Working knowledge of Advanced Quality Planning tools. Excellent communication skills with all levels of the business. Must be highly self-motivated with the ability to work with minimum supervision.
