Description Responsible for consulting of managers and employees regarding all HR related issues and questions, conducting all personnel measures (hiring, transfers, warnings, terminations) mediation and solving of conflicts, consulting of the management in questions regarding labour law and compensation. Represents the company as contact person for the trade union regarding all HR relevant issues and topics including cooperation and support of negotiating agreements and ensure that the company complying with existing Egypt labor law and requirements. Advises managers in employee issues e.g. performance, discipline, behavior, conflicts etc.
Qualifications Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in HR area
