Description — Define and maintain minimum requirements of freelance translators and agencies (vendors) for working with the Company — Actively recruit and on-board new localization resources to the qualified pool. — Set up payment terms and account details with the accounts team. — Ensure that all projects are fully resourced with vendors best qualified for the nature of each project in a timely fashion. — Work with the Localization and Audio project managers to ensure a balanced and best fit allocation of projects to the vendors. — Work closely with all external resources to continually improve the quality and responsiveness of their service delivery to the Company.
