Description responsible for conducting repairing and testing procedures after sale processes to ensure that products comply with customer needs and quality standards.
Qualifications The minimum education requirement for this role is a high school diploma or equivalent. 4+ years of related experience is preferred.

Other Skills 1) Troubleshoots defective products (tabs – cams – mobiles – projectors – speakers – security cams - … etc.) to determine root cause of failure weather manufacturing cause or customer cause. 2) Identify the root cause of the defective product, repair the product, performs routine tests and analyses to assure that products comply with established specifications. 3) Perform specialized product/customer quality testing. 4) Carries out simple data entry on the company system and prepares documentation that shows the cause of defect, repaired parts & results of tests performed.
