Description —Developing professional relationships with customers —Assist customers with buying decisions —Providing product and technical advice to customers —Advising customers through product demonstrations and by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions. —Learning about new products and industry trends —Attending product/industry seminars and training events —Working together as a part of our marketing team —Compile customer profile records. —Act as a liaise between the Architects, Construction consultants, Contractors and the project team. —Guide the customers through planning the bathroom desired solution to the decision making phase.
Qualifications Computer skills – full awareness of MS applications 2-3 years experience in commercial functions Competitive, driven personality Strong communication skills Positive attitude and high energy Demonstrated ability to work under pressure AutoCAD and similar applications literate is essential Strong communication and socializing skills. Outstanding persuasion skills. High presentation skills. A professional, courteous and helpful manner Outstanding organizational skills Ability to multi-task and carry out multiple responsibilities. Ability to build rapport easily with customers from different backgrounds. Ability to work with a team and being an effective team member. Ability to work and handle customers under stress and meet deadlines.
