Description Provide technical and engineering support according to Zewail City users request for equipment retrofit, function enhancement and system upgrade. Periodically maintain nanofabrication equipment like PECVD, RIE, wet benches and lithography equipment. Troubleshoot and repair the above mentioned equipment and related supporting facilities. Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance, spare parts change and equipment qualification. Implement equipment performance and function enhancement, equipment retrofit, and system upgrade. Standardize the scheduled equipment check and maintenance procedure. Standardize the procedures for equipment operation. Identify problems and related technical issues. Work with colleagues and vendors to solve equipment issues to meet Zewail City users needs.
Qualifications Experience and skills in equipment maintenance, installation and qualification. Knowledge and hands-on experience in troubleshooting and reparation of mechanical and electrical part and units. Knowledge and experience in maintenance of pumps, chillers, compressors, vacuum system, low and high temperature units, PLC program and automation principle. Experience in Micro/Nano fabrication is a plus .
