Description Conduct various jobs related to human resources functions such as recruiting, new-hires orientation, compensation & benefits, employees records/ attendance and leaves, performance evaluation, training, payroll administrationetc. Conduct requirement process by reviewing recruitment requests, posting job ads, screening and short-listing CVs, interviewing and evaluating candidates and coordinate interviews with line managers till best fit is selected. Manage the process and issue all documentations for staff departure. Provide assistance in Developing HR plans, Manpower plans, Job descriptionsetc. Process and Coordinate employee requests for external/internal training, relates them to business needs and employees Performance review. Assist in scheduling and conducting Performance appraisal, Staff surveys and other different company events. Assist in developing and implementing a human resources and personnel management policies and procedures Conduct Miscellaneous administration tasks related to fund claims & requests, staff medical, social and life insurance, issuing staff ID badges and bank accounts..etc. Submits weekly and monthly reports as requested. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications University Degree. HR post-graduate studies are preferred. 2-3 years of experience in similar position. Experience in working with Blue Collars is a must.

Compensations Salary is Gross 2500 to 3000 based on experience + medical insurance and social insurance. Work location in Heliopolis, 5 days /week, 8 hours/day
