Description Operate EBL,SEM system for nano-fabrication operation. Oversee equipment availability and promote equipment utilization. Provide users with comprehensive training program on the operation of EBL, SEM operation. Provide users strong technical support on process optimization in using EBL/SEM system for their nano-fabrication projects. Provide technical support on lithography related processes/equipment such as resist spin/coat/bake and development benches. Conduct trouble-shooting and corrective maintenance for EBL/SEM system. Work with vendors service support team to speed up the troubleshooting and problem solving process. Manage consumables, spare parts purchase and related logistics to ensure EBL/SEM system with high uptime.
Qualifications Deep understanding of the electronic microscope theory, electron-optics and EBL/SEM systems. Strong knowledge/skills on nanoscale materials/structures characterization and on experiment design. Good knowledge/experience in micro/nanoscale device design/fabrication. Ability to acquire skills necessary to back up the facilities for lithography.
