Description 1. Calculate and manage all payroll activities before the 24 th of each month 2. Calculate the medical insurances invoice before payments 3. Prepare payroll reports in accordance to the internal and external rules 4. Calculate and review the life and retirement insurances invoice 5. Calculate and review the annual increasing for salaries 6. Prepare the annual budget for salaries 7. Responding to all staff and management inquiries concerning the payroll system 8. Study and development of functional allowances policies (job allowances, transportation allowances, travel allowance, overtime allowance) 9. Calculates final settlements for resigned or terminated employees 10. Open bank accounts for employees and Prepare of H R letters
Qualifications • University degree in commerce • Fresh graduate • Excellent communication skills. • Attention to detail. • Numerical ability and data entry skills. • Ability to work to deadlines. • Understanding of payroll legislation and processes • Ability to interpret awards and relevant legislation. • Preferably who has experience with Oracle system • Proficiency in the use of computer programs • English Language is a MUST.
