Has overall responsibility for monitoring and supervising all activities related to an assigned project ensuring completion to budget and time schedules. This will include the monitoring of companies in relation to project management schedules, use of sub-contractors, and on-site construction engineering activities. - Responsible for providing feedback regarding project progress, deviations, and changes and ensuring delivering the projects to acceptable standards. - Assists Contract Department in development and implementation of the contracting strategy for selection of appropriate companies to ensure adherence to procedure and governance. - Supervises the project team to ensure completeness of technical brief for the tender and optimal technical and financial evaluation. - Provides day-to-day direction and works with project staff to ensure a high performance, customer service-oriented work environment
Qualifications - Minimum 15 years experience - Knowledge with materials, methods, tools involved in construction of buildings. - Knowledge of different international standards, design techniques, and tools in the construction, planning, estimating & project management.
