1. Determine the needs of users. 2. Study product samples and talk with the product designers and developers. 3. Gather information from the web or from other sources if needed. 4. Work with the technical staff to make products easier to use. 5. Organize and write supporting documents for products in a clear, simple, and concise language. 6. Use photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users’ understanding. 7. Standardize content across platforms and media. 8. Gather usability feedback from users and designers. 9. Upload the final output of the written material on the system to be accessible for all concerned teams.
Qualifications 1. Bachelor’s degree in English language; a postgraduate degree is an asset. 2. At least 2 years of relevant experience. 3. Excellent command of English and Arabic languages; excellent knowledge of their structure, content, grammar, and rules of composition. 4. Very good computer skills, preferably with technical background.
