• Manage and ensure all urgent and important issues are passed on and dealt with appropriately and in timely manner. • Setup and maintain filing system and personal files. • Responsible for managing calendar interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants. • Communicate and handle incoming and outgoing electronic communications • Read, monitor and respond to emails. • Arrange travel reservations, itineraries and schedules, visas, flights, and accommodation arrangements. • Coordinate company guests’ arrival and departure, and handle hotel reservations through the travel agencies, hotel accommodations and issuing tickets. • Create and develop visual presentation. • Attend and take minutes and action notes at meetings when required and deal. with any follow up action. • Manage medical insurance accounts. • Collating and researching information when required. • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications BSc. Degree in any relevant. Excellent PC skills. Excellent typing and communication skills. Office Management and administrative skills. Presentation skills.
