Maintains the filing system and file all correspondence. Assists in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls. Coordinates mail/courier flow in and out of the company. Supports employees in various administrative tasks as requested Maintains the reception area safe and tidy
Qualifications University degree in any discipline. Experience of 1-2 years in similar position. Effective Communication & Interpersonal skills. Dynamic, representative & cooperative. Handles multi-tasks & work under pressure. Strong Organization & Follow up skills. Attendance and Punctuality Dependable and professional PC Literacy
