Job Level Managerial
-Participate in designing sections plan & budget to ensure achieving targeted objectives. -Perform GSP / GDP audits at company’s sites and assess deviations. -Develop sections SOPs to ensure following agreed standards. -Develop a system for monitoring temperature in different areas inside the warehouse (including reporting), loggers installation & validation and ensure its implementation. -Responsible for Ministry of health (MOH) inspections & details (Checklist). -Monitor warehouse layout system implementation to ensure best utilization of space to be matched with (MOH) authorities. -Support delivery of safety and ISO requirements to maintain company instructions -Communicate with different (Departments – Branches) to handle issues related to (ISO standards) application process. -Monitor and ensure applying labeling system for different warehouse areas. -Monitor system for follow up & guarantee fridge items perfect condition (receiving / delivery / storage/shipping) implementation to maintain department SOPs. -Monitor Dispatch and transportation system implementation to ensure excellent conditions regarding delivering and receiving orders to reduce damage. -Monitor security system Implementation to guarantee prevent unauthorized persons from entering storage area. -Review maintenance contracts for cold rooms in order to guarantee business continuity and perfect storage conditions. -Review PEST control practices and contracts to ensure conduction as per company requirements -Review cleaning conditions and contracts to ensure Implementation as per company requirements -Follow up firefighting system implementation and its validation and ensure staff training to maintain company SOPs
Qualifications -University degree. -ISO or quality assurance certificate are highly preferable. -6 - 9 years experience in pharmaceutical warehousing /Distribution is highly preferable. -Very Good User of MS office. -Very Good analytical abilities. -Follow up, attention to details, well organized, assertive and leader. -Problem solving, Communication, and leadership skills.
