• Identifying new opportunities for future growth to boost customer database and expand the company’s sales activities. • Participating with the sales manager in setting up sales target for designated sales area. • Preparing an annual business plan to achieve the required sales targets. • Preparing a market survey to cover all prospect customers. • Monitoring customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. • Breaking down sales target for the sales team to determine each area sales specialist target. • Supporting sales team by conducting different presentations to introduce the company’s activities and products to key customers. • Directing and evaluating sales activities of sales team. • Determining discount rates taking into consideration the company profit margin and sales target achievement. • Taking an appropriate action in case of changes of scheduled shipments. • Following up with customers to maintain customer satisfaction. • Representing the organization at various community and business meetings. • Preparing sales reports to the sales manager on monthly basis. • Developing and training sales team continuously on different sales techniques and new products.
Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent presentation skills. Excellent negotiation skills. Excellent persuasive skills. Excellent problem solving skills. Very good report writing skills. Strong leadership skills. Strong time management and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
