•The Oracle SOA Consultant is responsible for the production and on-going support of Oracle Middleware high level designs, and ensuring that these designs are consistent with the Enterprise Architecture vision and overall Oracle standards. •The SOA Consultant should be able to articulate the functional requirements, conceptualize and experiment with alternative architectural approaches, understand and apply industry standard design patterns, create models and component and interface specification documents, and validate the architecture against business requirements and assumptions •The Oracle SOA Consultant is also responsible for defining or updating core standards when required and should always enforce design time and run time governance. •The Oracle SOA Consultant will also ensure that the infrastructure topology and architecture across all environments are suitable to accommodate the requirements (functional and non-functional). •The Oracle SOA Consultant will also serve as a technical expert supporting the PM and other members of the team in planning and estimation activities along with rendering support for onsite and offshore model of execution •Supports Project Manager and other team members in the delivery of key strategic deliverables •Cross-projects technical leadership, quality control and guidance on the delivery of the work products in scope. •Handles and resolves project across technologies
Qualifications •3 to 4 years of technical background in implementing Oracle SOA / BPM solutions •Understanding of Interfaces and integration approaches. •Have experience and deep skills sets on integration design patterns, SOA design patterns •Understand requirements and propose integration solutions based on Architecture and Design principles governing the same •Oracle SOA Suite (11g) components experience in: BPEL,Mediator,OWSM,Business Rules,Worklist Application,JDeveloper •Oracle BPM Suite (11g) BPMN 2.0, Oracle Service Bus •Oracle Data Integrator •Oracle Enterprise Repository •Other Web Services,XML (WSDL, XPATH, xQUERY, XSLT),Oracle RDBMS 10g or 11g,PL/SQL
