•Lead full cycle of Quality Control and Assurance for Siebel CRM Implementations •Design, document and execute test cases, scenarios and reports •Write/record performance and load test scripts •Handle UAT workshops and document results •Participate in end user training workshops and provide post-implementation functional support for end users •Monitor and lead quality control and assurance team; and help building QC skills for fresh graduate members
Qualifications •4 to 5 years of progressive professional experience in Siebel Quality Control and Testing •1 to 2 years thorough functional knowledge/experience of Siebel 8.x Application •Siebel CRM Performance and Load testing experience is a must •1 to 2 years working experience in public sector eServices implementations is an advantage •ISTQB certification is an advantage •QC Team leading experience is a must
