•Supports business design activities related to Siebel CRM application software, data and solutions. •Analyzes requirements and develops high-level and detailed business process designs to the elementary business process (EBP) level, derived logical process (DLP) level and Operational Level Process (OLP) level. •Works in client-facing roles to contribute towards Siebel technology solutions. •Develops designs to support the functionality and documented protocols as specified in the solution architecture and developer stories. •Designs, develops, reviews and maintains the user system interface (USI) for business applications. •Designs, develops, reviews and maintains Integration of Siebel CRM with Reporting and Analytics System (OBIEE). •Should be comfortable working with individuals at all organizational levels
Qualifications •4 to 5 years of progressive professional experience in Siebel CRM design and development •1 to 2 years working experience in public sector eServices implementations •1 to 2 years thorough functional knowledge/experience of Siebel 8.x Application •1 year experience in gathering, documenting, analyzing and transforming business requirements into functional design •Extensive hands-on and experience in Siebel 8.x configuration (including Siebel Tools, workflows, Siebel Scripting, Run time Events, DVM, Siebel Open UI) is required •Experience Siebel BI Publisher reports, contracts and agreements. •Experience in Siebel Scripting (eScript/SVB), Business Services, & using Siebel Adapters/Connectors/APIs. •Hands on Experience in Siebel EAI Technologies HTTP, FTP, XML Transports, Web Services and Integration workflow Processes. •Preferably Siebel 8.x Certified
