Support the Senior in all the plans and financial strategies - Entering, Posting and reconciling bank statement weekly on Microsoft Dynamic AX. - Creating a database concerning all Banks details, meetings, and clients - Create filing & correspondence systems - Entering the monthly rate of foreign currency. (USD, EURO, GBP ect..] - Prepares a weekly Statements position analysis. - Issuing Certified checks, Import letter of collection, Letter of guaranties and LlCS. - Review and ensure accuracy of interbank movements and interest payments. - Assist and support in daily contacts with main banker. - Entering posting and reconciling the daily check receivable. - Entering posting and reconciling transfer payable to foreign vendors. - Tracing IDCs and LGs and check under collection. - Dealing with bank on facilities. - Responsible of the Employees credit cards and its settlement with the bank. - Responsible of providing Foreign Currency. - Ensure that the companys document are updated in the Bank (Commercial register. - Industrial register ect..) - Ensure the settlement of loan with the bank.
Qualifications - BSC in Accounting / Finance – English Section - From 1-2 years of experience in Treasury or Banking degree is a minimum,. - Excellent command of English ( spoken- written) - Excellent command of using MS office programs
