• Oversee installation, operation and maintenance, and repair to ensure that equipment is installed and functioning according to specifications • Read and interpret manuals of machines and electrical equipment. • Follow up on purchase orders of spare parts for all machines. • Train the staff to improve their troubleshooting skills. • Establishes and maintains appropriate systems for measuring the effectiveness of the department Facilitate tasks for troubleshooting done by technician by preparing the need spare parts to plug and play. • Record/extract all machines parameters /software to be ready for use for all machines in emergency cases. • Prioritizes, coordinates, and allocates work assignments to staff, and resolves day-to-day staffing problems and issues • Put all instruction /procedure needed to improve technician performance. • Participate in annual budget planning for the Electrical Department
Qualifications Electrical Power Engineering • 5-7 year experience in the electric power networks , electrical installations Experience in the control circuits using logic circuits of a major manufacturing facility plant • Excellent in Advanced PLC , control , SCADA and Automation System •Planning and organizational skills. Strong Analytical and Administration Skills • Good interpersonal, communication, • Team leader
