The candidate will be performing all HR activities in addition to being the vocal point between employees & Management , job duties are: Recruitment: Responsible for job posting, interviewing,selecting and sending appropriate correspondence to all applicants in a timely manner & perform monthly new hire orientation programs. Training: Support the department in implementing training and development programs. Communicating with service providers, preparing training plan & training evaluation. Coordinate company’s training programs & Companys Team building & recreational events. Payroll , Personnel & Attendance: Enrolling all payroll, personnel & attendance on HRIS. Following up with all related personnel matters ( social insurance, open bank accounts, medical insurance
Qualifications The candidate shall have a very good knowledge of all HR function with an experience of 3-5 years. Work Location :Mohandessin Preparing an HR Diploma or related HR certificates are an asset. Excellent Communication Skills Knowledge of an HRIS
