Manages the repair and maintenance of company owned and customer equipment. • Prepares work schedules and handles service calls to meet customer needs and assure that equipment is available as required. • Orders parts in order to maintain adequate supplies. • Works with equipment vendors to learn the maintenance requirements and capabilities of new equipment added to inventory. • Evaluates all equipment after repairs, maintenance or safety checks. • Handles customer complaints regarding equipment condition or operation. • Direct, develop and control the sale of spare parts to our customers working with other Departments, within the Company to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications Experience in the repair and maintenance of pumps. • Ability to read, understands, interpret drawings & schematics of pumps and pump packages. • Strong understanding of safety requirements • Clear perspective of maintenance and repair issues in the industry • Use of tools and other repair equipment

Other Skills Expert user of Microsoft office (word, excel, outlook…) * Strong communication skills. * Strong Negotiation & presentation skills. * Team Player. * Ability to handle pressure & meet deadlines successfully.
