Handling phone calls, mails and correspondents in a timely manner. • Responsible for e-mail account of Chairman, all e-mails have to be printed and submitted to Chairman on time without any delay. • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for all departments. • Taking minutes of meeting, drawing an action plan and follow up with all parties to meet the deadlines. • Following up on any booking of hotels or travel activities and making sure we have the best rates/services. • Responsible of the ambience and image of the office and meeting room and comply with the administration regulation/instructions (cleanness, entrance…etc). • Maintaining adequate inventory of the office supplies. • Responsible of the confidentiality of all documents, correspondents and information in general. • Set up and maintain accurate filing systems. • Translation from Arabic to English and vice versa
Qualifications Holder of a bachelor’s degree, excellent command of Microsoft package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…….), excellent communication & interpersonal skills, excellent presentation skills, excellent organizational & time management skills, typing speed.

Experience 4 - 5 Years.
